Experience you can feel
Coaching that Moves you Forward
Bianca Stern ~ Founder
BSc. OT, MSc., ACC
I strive to create psychologically safe, spacious environments where clients can slow down, think deeply, and discover insights that shift how they lead and how they live. With formal credentials from the International Coaching Federation, my approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human—rooted in the belief that people flourish when they feel seen, supported, and empowered to step into their own wisdom.
Coaching is where decades of my corporate and community work experience converge into one purpose: supporting measurable transformation in others by helping to unlock their potential and navigate their next chapter with agency, courage, and possibility.

FAQs

While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds or processing emotional trauma, and mentoring involves an experienced expert telling you how to do things based on their own path, coaching is a forward-looking, collaborative partnership. As your coach, I don't give you the answers or tell you what to do. Instead, I provide grounded frameworks, objective perspective, and powerful questions to help you tap into your own expertise, clear the mental clutter, and make confident decisions.

Executive life moves fast, which is exactly why coaching is designed to give you a dedicated space to slow down.
Sessions are structured to fit into a busy professional calendar, and the real value comes from the clarity and momentum you gain—saving you time and energy in the long run by helping you avoid costly missteps, decision fatigue, and burnout.
-
You don't need to be struggling or at a breaking point to benefit from coaching. Most clients reach out because they are stepping into a new or expanded leadership role, navigating high-stakes decisions with no clear playbook, or trying to scale their impact without sacrificing their wellbeing.
If you feel like your learning curve has suddenly steepened or you want to grow quickly without burning out, you are in the right place.
-
You don't need to prepare a polished agenda or have all the "right" words. You just bring the real, unfiltered version of whatever is happening in your professional world right now.
We will use the time to untangle what’s actually going on beneath the surface, identify your immediate priorities, and map out practical next steps that you can put into practice right away.

Getting started is simple and low-pressure.
Reach out to schedule an initial conversation where we can discuss what you're currently navigating, talk about your goals, and see if working together is the right fit for your leadership journey.

Absolutely not.
Your privacy and confidentiality are foundational to our coaching relationship and are protected under the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
Even when an employer sponsors or pays for your coaching, you remain the client, and all coaching conversations are confidential. Here’s how that protection works:
Zero Content Sharing
I do not share session content, personal reflections, challenges, or insights with your employer. Coaching conversations are private and belong to you.
High-Level Administrative Reporting Only
Your employer may receive limited administrative details—such as confirmation of session attendance, invoice processing, or aggregate participation numbers for organizational programs. They do not receive session notes, summaries, evaluations, or performance assessments.
Independent Professional Practice
My primary responsibility is to you: your goals, your well‑being, and your development. Coaching is not a mechanism for employee evaluation, surveillance, or reporting.
Your Consent Always Comes First
If at any point you choose to share outcomes or themes with your employer, that disclosure is entirely your choice. I will never initiate or participate in sharing coaching content without your explicit written consent.
